We process personal data that you provide yourself or that we receive from your employer, official authorities, partners or through the use of our website. Move with IRIS processes personal data exclusively on the basis of the legal principles set out in the GDPR:

When you enter into an agreement with us, we process personal data that is necessary for
the performance of our services and compliance with legal obligations.

● e-mail address and telephone number
● national identification number (such as BSN, passport number)
● employer information
● information about family situation
● other data that is legally required or relevant to the execution of your immigration or relocation process

You can easily withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in our newsletter.

We use this information exclusively to answer your questions.
d. Website and cookies
We use cookies on our website for statistical analysis, to improve our website and (if you give your consent) for marketing purposes. You can always block cookies via your browser settings. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Move with IRIS has no influence on the content of these websites and therefore cannot accept any liability for their use. If we become aware of any unlawful content, we will remove the link. Retention periods We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
